Aknutmatinej
NSCAD Radical Curating course W2025

Apr 8 - 11, 2025

Treaty Space Gallery, 1887 Granville St

Group exhibition

Aknutmatinej is a Mi’kmaw word meaning “they talk to each other.” This exhibition—created by students in NSCAD's Radical Curating course of Winter 2025—aims to foster community-building at the Treaty Space Gallery through a series of workshops and exhibited art works. Aknutmatinej activates space for all treaty people [everyone] to come together and have conversations, learn, and work to create something bigger than ourselves.
