The Anna Leonowens welcomes Emily Flinn and Maya Keleris as 2024 Grad Show curators!

The Anna Leonowens is excited to welcome Emily Flinn and Maya Keleris to the position of 2024 Graduation Exhibition Curatorial Interns. 

Emily Flinn is an artist from Kjipuktuk (Halifax) working towards a BFA at NSCAD University in Interdisciplinary Arts with a focus in painting and printmaking. Her practice includes representational oil painting, lithography, and intaglio printmaking methods exploring theses of cultural diaspora, identity, and heritage. 

Maya Keleris is an artist originally from Tkaronto (Toronto). She is working towards a BFA in Interdisciplinary Arts and BA in Art History at NSCAD University. Her practice primarily involves painting and lithography, exploring different methods of recording and remembering iconic moments in sport.

Graduating NSCAD this May, Emily and Maya are elated to have the opportunity to curate the 2024 NSCAD University Graduation Exhibition and are looking forward to working with the incredible NSCAD student community! Keep an eye on your NSCAD inboxes in the coming weeks for info on submitting work to the exhibition.

The Anna Leonowens Gallery Systems is a public exhibition space within NSCAD University, presenting professional exhibitions by established artists alongside graduating student exhibitions.
