Time! Time! Time! is a group exhibition that brings students together to explore the intersections of art, activism, and community through land and place. Inspired by guided tours from the Friends of McNab’s Island, students engaged with the island’s shifting landscape and complex social and political histories. As part of the process, they collected debris from the shoreline—an act of environmental stewardship that also served as material and conceptual inspiration. This culminating exhibition offers an entry point into conversations about environmental loss and resilience. It asks: How do we respond to the transformation of McNab’s Island, and what does it mean within the broader context of ecological collapse? Through a textile situ, the works offer reflections on care, climate anxiety, and our relationship to land in crisis—inviting viewers to pause, consider, and connect.
