Clothage = cloth + collage. Rooted in textiles, this body of work uses mixed media assemblage to investigate the act of physical preservation in an attempt to capture an intangible feeling; that of the maker during the process of making. The use of plastic in this textile based work is a comment on the over production of synthetics in textile and clothing manufacturing in 2025.
