Gallery 2
MFA thesis exhibition
This exhibition takes a critical look at Pardy’s inherited family history as a white settler artist in relation to Land. Through use of photographs, performance ephemera, installation, and walking methodologies narratives of “western expansion” and the mythic Oregon Trail are reconsidered to look toward a decolonized future.
This exhibition has been made possible by the Social Science and Humanities Research Council.
