“Revolutionary Optimism” is a body of work which embraces activism, mass movements, and bottom-up revolutions, both contemporary and historical, through painting and bookbinding. Through the lens of Marxism and the fight for socialism, images and text from revolutionary and radical movements both big and small, contemporary and historic, are used to look optimistically towards the future because of the potential for change.
