Blue Light Cells

The artist offers: "This exhibition presents a series of my ongoing experiences and reflections living through new digital realities that reconfigure modes of connection and being.
My identity has been formed in a room – my only access to the outside, through a strange blue window. This window presents me with a shiny chaos, a glittery and slick second-hand retelling. I cling to this version of the world and fashion myself to match.
Through installation and performance, I aim to interrogate the new effects of identity formed primarily online. How does one change/grow when their understanding of the outside world is shaped solely by digital reproductions? How do spaces and people change when accommodating to blue light cells?"
