Gallery 3

undergraduate exhibitor

ha(u)nt(i)ngs explores the impact of neglect and shame on the fat queer body by drawing parallels between body and house. These two sites are complicated and entangled; we inhabit them, place our histories and ourselves within, and ask that they hold and hide us. Through new media, installation and printed matter, the body, house, and gallery will look as if their materials have converged. The physical and figurative materials of each will mingle to foster conversations from their vulnerable interactions.
