WORKSHOP: Pyrography as Multi-Sensorial Praxis
-
Treaty Space Gallery, 1887 Granville St
In part of the Reconnecting to the Land through Urban Gardens exhibition, join in on exploring pyrography – “wood burning”, as a form of multi-sensorial listening and care-based connection. Participants are invited to wood-burn representations of the local plants grown in the Medicine Garden, whether in the form of drawing, writing, or plant names in their own language. No prior experience is required, and all materials will be provided!
