"The Dance" is a collection of abstract paintings about compassion, unity, and the illusion of time. Currie explores her reciprocal relationship with material through a mindful process of giving and taking—listening and speaking. Meditative and observational practices largely inform the work, inviting viewers to engage in the dance of interdependence among all beings.
Together, may we open our eyes, ears, hands, and hearts to our shared oneness.
