The artist offers: "In a culmination of 5-7 years working on the theme of untangling, analyzing, and releasing strong emotions rooted from childhood through art making, 'Wandering Wonder' showcases my most cherished works to date, as well as an exploration of 'childlike' art, based on prompts used to teach children art crafts. Mediums include oil paintings, ceramics, comics, plasticine paintings, paper plates, and more. By implementing my technical training and personal sensibilities to art prompts designed for children, I want to answer the question: What can we learn from art geared towards kids, and how can this inform my art practice moving forward?"
