Solace is a show set in a home-like space, emphasizing everyday textiles such as blankets, pillows, clothes, kitchenware and wall art. Through emotions such as comfort, nostalgia, and imperfection, saulnier’s goal is to show the importance of textiles in everyday life and how they are often overlooked and deemed “not art”.
