The songs of cicadas and crows echo through our lives. The sculptural, functional, and tile ceramic works in this show tell stories that highlight how sound often marks moments for poignant reflection. "Resound" shares memories that ask the viewer to reflect on what resonates within them. Much in the way that auditory cues ground the vision of the work in this exhibition, the memories are fixed into clay; creating touch points for both viewer and artist to reflect upon the past present and future as both crows and cicadas fly from view.
