Good Grief
Ellie Ryan

@ellieh.r

Jan 7 - 11, 2025

Gallery 3

undergraduate exhibitor

"Good Grief" is an exploration of life, death and what comes after; exploring the connection between the human body and how the experiences of death and grief change us. Using a mixture of interactive sewn forms, sculpture, video and projected media this exhibition invites you step inside the process, walk with the grief and loss, and find peace in it. Showcasing how death at its core doesn't need to be terrifying, the pieces view loss with compassion and understanding, creating space for a feeling of acceptance that can even be beautiful.
