In broadcast, through candid and topically urgent video works, deveaux plays with the synchronization of movement, sound, and image. Using a combination of original material and found media collage, he positions the medium as both a series of queer visions and cultural interventions. deveaux’s interest in scenic design is also explored through sculptural housings that function as physical extensions of the screen.
