WORKSHOP: Knife Skills in the Gallery

Anna Leonowens Gallery

Join Laura for a hands-on workshop where you will learn some knife skills and kitchen tips. Laura will show you how to efficiently chop and mince an onion and a clove of garlic and how to chop a pepper without creating a mess of seeds. Come and share your kitchen tips and recipe suggestions for these ingredients. We’ll make a Pico de Gallo (a fresh salsa) to snack on at the end. Please bring a cutting board, all other materials provided. Maximum of 10 participants. ADULTS and YOUTH AGED 14 AND UP WELCOME. REGISTRATION REQUIRED for this workshop. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. To ensure the safety and experience of all present, late comers cannot be accommodated. Lead by social practice artist Laura Bucci, laurabucci.com
